Subscriber-only episode

We often don't think about why we do what we do and keep going without much introspection. However, knowing your 'why' is a significant part of anything we do in life.

In this episode, we dig into genuinely understanding your 'why' and not simply going with the flow. Simon Sinek, an entrepreneur, invented something called the golden circle. He did a TedTalk in 2009 that explained this phenomenon, and after watching it, I understood why this was essential to building a business. I want to challenge you to think outside the box and consider your mission in life, your vision for where you want to be, and your core values. This all starts with being crystal clear on your 'why.' Your “why” is what will get you up every day, and it will keep you going through the not-so-good days.

As for me, my “why” is working with people who want to see a transformation in their lives, and that's what keeps me going. So, let me ask you a question, Why do you do what you do?
